My special workout. -750 calories.

My dad can be really harsh with words, so i broke my 3 days clean of cutting yesterday, oops.

I am off school, what a surpirse i'm ill. And i'm depressed as ever. My parents are forcing me to eat fatty gross foods. I am going to brave school tomorrow, hopefully it will calm down my anxiety attacks, which have been really bad lately.

So my intake today was 700 and something, my limit was 500. EKRUHCONFE. So i burned it off. My net is 0. I love the number 0. Size 0, Size 00 even better. 0 lbs, weightless. "Now i know why 0 in tennis is love"
So shall i share my special workout, that i put together last night when i was bored as hell.

Morning workout:
15 jumping jacks,
15 crunches,
15 squats,
15 push-ups.

Total burned: 150.

Evening workout:
Morning workout,
20 crunches (x2),
60 second plank (x2),
30 second plank (x2),
20 side crunches,
20 bicycle crunches,
15 burpees,
1 minute jump rope,
5 minute running,
15 reverse crunches.

Total burned: 650.

So i plan on doing this everyday.i want to be 114 by friday (weigh-in day)  Wish me luck haha!

    1. Good luck to everyone with that. I need to drag myself to go do something simple such as a walk. My anxiety attacks have gotten really bad and my workout isn't enough - I feel so ill add this on top of my workouts hopefully to see a difference. I weigh in a 138 and im 5'11 I want to be at lest 130 wish me luck

    4. Done the morning workout today ....went really well , only struggled on the crunches ....i have to be thin : sports fay is coming up i dont want my whole year to see me all fat and wobbly i will be lovely ,sleek and thij i cam do this!

    5. I'm already super skinny, so I'm just going to do some of these exercises. However, just to let you know, exercise is good but anorexia can become fatal over time.

    so i was wondering.. are you absolutely positive that the morning workout burns 150 calories?
    because I did it 2 times and I would love for it to actually work :D
    .. my mom makes me drink a 300calories protein drink so I can gain weight.. help!

  5. WOW!! I'm anorexic and every time I eat or drink something the scales go up. I use the morning workout and in less than 5 minutes my weight is back down. I can't wait to try the evening workout!

    2. EVERYONE READ THIS MESSEGE

      that first workout probault honestly burns maybe 50 caleries maybe less , it's not easy to burn 150 caleries , the best way to burn lots of caleries is to run , running for 10 min can burn over a 100 caleries , and if you have a gym hit the elliptical , or lift small weiggts a lots of reps to sweat , running 3 miles can burn 400 or more Caleries . RUN RUN RUN

  10. Hey Bekah, I was wondering, if you don't mind of course, you said you wanted to be 114 by friday, how much did/do you weight when you started this? I am 91.4 (41.5 kg) but I want to loose more weight and people say it depends on how much you weight and your age and stuff like that, so yeah, I am 13, do you know if this work-out will work for me?

    1. it does not depend on age but height how smaller you are how more you need to extercise and less need to weight but you weight so litte that you dont need it <3

  11. I just recently became anoréxic and eat 500 calories a day. If I eat more I subtract the amount i went over from the amount I eat the next day. I think I will try this thank you.

    1. Being anorexic usually shortens your lifespan, and can become fatal if it becomes severe. Plus, eventually you'd probably have to go to the hospital to be force-fed(which sucks). You should seriously stop.

  12. The morning workout, logically, does not burn 150 calories unless you repeat it for several times (perhaps 4-5 times). How many times do you suggest to repeat the workout for?

  16. How do you stick to low calories? My parents always make these delicious meals, but I want to stick to fewer calories and they'll get really worried if they know.

    1. make up exuses and if you cant resist think of something gross or lissen very good to the people that are chewing(gross) or if you say that you have a importent thing to do (school or something) take your food to your room and before you want to eat something trow half of it away in the trash and look for vegtable (low calories)than eat searce online how much cals it has check your ana diet and check how much you can eat from it.

  19. I'm 16 years old. 5 foot 6 inches. 115 lbs. My goal is 100 lbs. I'm very interested in trying out these workouts :D
    My parents are trying to put me on a new diet to gain weight... Please help me. I don't know how to avoid them. They force me to eat at dinner. Making excuses doesn't work on them... Please help... What do I do?

  22. I am weighing 214 pounds and i'm only 14. I am going to try this workout to help me get to my goal by the end of 9th grade which I will be starting in 2 months. I want to get down to 90 pounds by then. Thanks for the tips! <33

  24. I need serious help. I'm addicted to sugar because of how I grew up. Once sugar comes up I always cave and it leads to more bingeing. I'm 5:3 1/2 and 128-130 lbs. please help me. I need to get to 100 pounds. Help me.
